SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped by DHL Express.

Shipping jewelry, Hermès and accessories: Spain (15 €), Europe (40 €) Rest of World (40 €). 

Shipping Handbags and clutches: Spain (30 €), Europe (55 €) Rest of World (55€). 

If you prefer different shipping instructions, contact us and we will try to fulfil it.

The estimated shipping times are based on several factors, including the destination address. However, VINTAGE CARWEN will give you an estimate of the delivery date once you have placed the order. To avoid unwanted incidents in the delivery process (wrong address, no one at home, etc.), it is very important to correctly fill in the delivery details form.

 

DUTIES & TAXES:

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS:
Shop with confidence!
Your order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties, customs fees and applicable taxes are already included in the price. No additional customs charges will be due upon delivery.

FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
Please note that import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges required by your country's customs authorities are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


RETURNS SHIPPING COST

VINTAGE CARWEN accept returns. Returns are accepted within 14 days.

European Union member countries: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping price will not be refunded, and a charge will be applied +15% restocking fee.

For orders shipped outside European Union member countries: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping price will not be refunded, and a charge will be applied +15% restocking fee + customs duties and taxes. 

Please note that non-payment of customs duties and taxes for international shipments, as well as non-receipt of the package from the courier, do not entitle you to a refund. In these cases, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If we accept the return, a +15% restocking fee will apply, and the return shipping costs, import duties, and original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
