SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped by DHL Express.

Shipping jewelry, Hermès and accessories: Spain (15 €), Europe (40 €) Rest of World (40 €).

Shipping Handbags and clutches: Spain (30 €), Europe (55 €) Rest of World (55€).

If you prefer different shipping instructions, contact us and we will try to fulfil it.

The estimated shipping times are based on several factors, including the destination address. However, VINTAGE CARWEN will give you an estimate of the delivery date once you have placed the order. To avoid unwanted incidents in the delivery process (wrong address, no one at home, etc.), it is very important to correctly fill in the delivery details form.

DUTIES & TAXES

The buyer is responsible for customs tariffs charged by their country. These costs are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

For all deliveries to destination is outside the European Union, it may be charged customs duties and taxes of at the customs of the country of destination. This is the customer responsibility to pay these customs taxes.

Please note that for US buyers, due to the new law, tariffs, taxes, and duties at US customs may increase the price of the item by up to 30%. This is managed by DHL Express through US customs, and the recipient pays DHL Express once the parcel is on its way.

VINTAGE CARWEN accept returns. Returns are accepted within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
