Compact ‘doctors bag’ structure with a leather lined frame, top push clasp and a leather handle accented with golden hardware. At the front it has a beautiful removable gold plated pocket wind up watch that works fine. The interior, impeccable lined in black leather, has two pockets, one of which with a small flap and snap. Matching the interior lining, there is a coin purse, a mirror with case, and a small wallet, all in their own compartments.
