GUCCI, made in Italy, vintage 1970's pill box chain necklace. Small gold metal pill box, attached to a gold metal link chain, enamel with the three green and red Gucci bands. Signed Gucci Italy. Excellent condition, with discoloration of the metal. Delivered with the original Gucci box.
